   I know what you're talking about, but don't really know how to help you. I used to just buy the cheapest bags of overprint caps from my local brew store, and even though it was someone else's brew and design, it was a fun way to distinguish beers I made.

   Atlas Labels can also print you custom made caps, but I think a minimum order is around 10,000.

   You could also just use plain crown caps, and then print up label stickers to put on them.

   Most homebrew shops online offer a handful of cap colors, but you're still limited to about 5-7 types.

   Independent assortment relates to how the pairs of homologous chromosomes line up on the equator in metaphase 1 of meiosis whic will affect how they separate to the 2 poles of the cell in anaphase 1 of meiosis.

   The answer is always 2 raised to the power of the number of pairs.

   Eg
   2 = 1 pair -> 2^1 =2. Means there are only possibilities in which the pair of 2 chromosomes can line up at metaphase.

   Let <<<<<<<<<<< be the paternal chromosome.

   They can line up in 2 ways:-

   OR

   4 = 2 pairs -> 2^2 = 4
   6 = 3 pairs -> 2^3 = 8

   22 =11 pairs -> 2^11 = 2048

   HUMANS with 23 pairs would produce 2^23 different variations = in excess of 8 million.!!
