Where sould I place my tattoo?

Hey, I currently have three tattoos (Bald eagle on my right shoulder, an audioheart over my heart, and a dapple grey thoroughbred on the side of my right leg. All of these have signigicant meaning to me, as do the other ones I have planned out. Before I deploy to Iraq in september I want to get my fourth tattoo which is to be a garden gnome sitting on a red capped mushroom.

My question is where should I locate this tattoo? I originally planned on placing it on the side of my rightside of my back, but I wouldn't really be able to show off my tattoo there without removing clothing. Plus I have a chronic back problem located in that area. I was wondering if any one else had a different location where I would be able to show it off, but at the same time hide it easy? Hiding my tattoos is very important because when I get out of the Army I plan on working for the NSA or CIA or DIA. (I could even end up working for the DIA while in the army.)

Please no "don't get tattoos- theyre trashy" comments, technically thats harrassment since I already have them and you would be calling me trash.

The hip/stomach area is a no go for me because i'm not a thin person who shows off my abs, plus it wouldn't work. I'm not over weight but I do flucuate my weight quite a bit and my weight is carried in my abdomen area, so it would stretch. My other shoulder blade (right side) is being reserved for a different tattoo I'm waiting on the perfect picture for. (cantering thoroughbred with head outstretched mane flowing and muscles rippling. As if he was winning a race, but has no gear on and no jockey)
